After a streetwise teenager is falsely blamed for a burglary committed by his foster family's son, he is dispatched to a boys' reformatory. Inside, the young inmates endure the tyranny of crooked guards and a sadistic prison doctor, turning the institution into a nightmare of abuse and exploitation.
