Trapped in a loveless marriage, Dr. John Winnington (Ronald Howard) becomes infatuated with his wife’s younger sister, Christine (Olga Edwardes). When his wife is murdered, John becomes the prime suspect and asks his friend Eric (John Bentley) for help clearing his name.
