Bill Roberts, an American radio commentator stationed in Berlin before Pearl Harbor, witnesses Nazi atrocities and embeds coded warnings in his broadcasts. The Gestapo suspects him and dispatches secret agent Karen Hauen to monitor him. Discovering her father is feeding Roberts vital intel, Karen defects to aid Roberts in his fight against the regime.
