The climax reveals that the strange symbols hidden behind the wallpaper are tied to a devil‑worship ritual, a fact Dina uncovers while researching the house’s grim history. Realising the danger, she rushes to warn her husband, but Farid has already fallen under the influence of the malevolent presence that has been haunting him.

When Dina tries to evacuate the children, Farid, now fully possessed, blocks their escape and threatens Talia with a knife. In a desperate struggle, Farid’s lingering love for his family forces him to battle the spirit inside him; the entity finally tears itself away, leaving him trembling and unconscious. Seizing the moment, Dina herds Maged, Noor and Talia out of the house, and they are met by her brother waiting outside, ready to take them to safety. The family makes it out alive, though forever marked by the ordeal.

The film ends on a lingering, unsettling note: the ghostly boy known as Ammar appears at a window, accompanied by a spectral girl. Their identities and the full extent of the house’s hauntings are never explained, leaving the audience with the impression that the malevolent forces remain trapped within the walls, even after the living have fled.
