The Stooges operate a drugstore whose lease is threatened by the mean landlord Amos Flint. After Flint throws out his elderly wife, the trio creates a youth serum that transforms her into a gorgeous young woman. Flint promises them the shop for free if they rejuvenate him too; they comply, but the potion turns him into an infant, and Stooges flee.
