After Evangelina murders her lover Alberto, she is sent to prison where she encounters Dora, Alberto’s former girlfriend, who is incarcerated for her role in his illicit business. Their shared link to the dead man draws them together, launching a tense, intricate drama of betrayal, guilt and the desperate search for freedom behind bars.
