Tim Holt stars as Zack Sibley, who inherits his father’s freight business and seeks his killer. Matt Gardner tries to dominate the Pecos routes, persuading Zack’s wagon master to switch sides. Gardner’s son Coe objects to Zack’s romance with Helen Lee. A food shortage triggers a showdown, revealing Gardner is Carl Anderson, the man who murdered Zack’s father.
