Inspector Betti (Maurizio Merli) is reassigned to Naples, where his arrival is greeted by The Commandante (Barry Sullivan), the powerful local crime lord. Determined to combat entrenched corruption and the organized syndicate, Betti launches a relentless personal crusade, using any tactics required to drive the mafia out of the city.
