Han, a saxophonist haunted by suicidal thoughts, repeatedly tries to end his life but never succeeds. Mun, a volatile simpleton with an IQ of 80, turns to violence, while Maria, a single mother, secretly dreams of becoming a nun. Han’s despair culminates when he discovers his wife's infidelity, the final straw that drives him toward darkness.
