Writer Daniel retreats to a bed‑and‑breakfast to finish his novel alone, where a young, prudish owner and her wheelchair‑bound husband keep him captive. After night falls, a razor‑wielding killer stalks the inn, slashing the throats of its promiscuous guests; their bodies and luggage vanish by morning, leaving Daniel to confront the nightmare.
