Documentary explores the dark side of sexual crimes, especially against children. It follows Zurich police and INTERPOL tracking suspects of voyeurism, rape, fetishism, sadism and masochism. After arrest, offenders undergo psychological evaluation and may be sentenced to an institution or, with consent, brain surgery for rehabilitation.
