A tense thriller set in a remote Swedish village, where Lisa returns from London to sell the house her late father left her. He vanished mysteriously in a winter forest and is presumed dead in an accident, but his unpopularity in the community suggests hidden motives. The old hunting lodge by the lake holds a dark secret, and as Lisa digs for the truth, painful revelations about her father, her own past, and the village emerge.
