She documented the leaders of the Tiananmen Square pro-democracy protests who fled into exile after the tragic June 4th massacre. Though the initial project remained unfinished, Choy now travels to locations including Taiwan, Maryland, and Paris, sharing the historical footage with the dissidents who have been unable to return to their homeland.
