A pilot for a sketch‑comedy series uses a single stationary camera placed at the centre of a large rotating platform. As the wheel turns, new sets appear within the frame, often bordered by artwork or props to create forced perspective. The wheel stops, a sketch unfolds, then rotates again to bring in the next scene, which may be self‑contained or extend into the studio background.
