Bags, a well‑meaning but dim‑witted boxer played by Tim Conway, teams with his manager Shake, a scheming but tough‑spoken Don Knotts. Struggling to keep their gym open, they line up a series of cash‑prize fights. When they discover the bouts are rigged, they are forced onto the canvas themselves, fighting back literally to save their gym.
