Betrayed by his girlfriend and best friend, thief Harry Chapman takes the fall for a racetrack robbery and ends up in prison. There he is offered a chance to join an escape, unaware that the crew that frees him expects him to work as a hit‑man to settle their debt. Harry soon tires of the killings, turns on his former partners and seeks revenge, prompting the mob to send a young assassin, Luc, after him.
