Mister X, the mastermind behind an international smuggling network based in Chicago, travels to Cairo to continue his operations. Egyptian police, already aware of his movements, monitor him closely. Noticing his uncanny likeness to airport worker Zaki, they enlist Zaki as a decoy to trap X, leading to a series of humorous mishaps and clever twists.
