A lively, music‑filled showcase of a modestly successful ice‑skating duo, Mary and Larry, whose sparkling routines light up the screen. Soon after their wedding, Mary lands a picture‑contract, while Larry finds himself idle at home, out of work. Set against the gleaming backdrop of 1939’s ice‑follies, the film blends comedy and romance as the pair navigates fame and financial strain.
