Buster is ejected from a train near an amusement park and, seeking work, takes a job at a shooting gallery run by the Blinking Buzzards mob. When his bosses order him to kill a businessman, he instead protects the man and his daughter, rigging their home with clever, improvised devices to keep them safe.
