In a whirlwind of chaotic events, naive insurance agent Cyclone Case falls for Sylvia Martine, whose father is feuding with gangster Mike Slade. When Slade kidnaps Sylvia, Cyclone rushes to rescue her, unwittingly plunging into an all‑out gang war.
