Penelope, an American tourist cat marked with a white stripe of paint along her back, finds herself darting through the winding alleys of the Casbah as the love‑struck skunk Pepe Le Pew gives chase. He attempts to win her affection by serenading her with a rendition of “As Time Goes By,” turning the bustling market into a comedic chase scene.
