Anders, a ten‑year‑old passionate about diving, travels to Greece with his father, whose heavy drinking makes his behavior erratic. They hide the trip from social services, which would bar them, and only their grandmother is aware. In Greece Anders pursues diving, while his father remains unable to stay sober, leaving Anders isolated.
