Five individuals with different backgrounds find themselves grappling with the unrealistic expectations of diet culture. Driven by promises of happiness and flawlessness, they experience cycles of restrictive eating, excessive exercise, and unhealthy behaviors. As their stories intertwine, a disturbing truth is revealed: the core issue isn't about food itself, but the societal pressures and economic factors influencing how we perceive and treat our bodies.
