Kelly Owen grows concerned when her husband, Craig, fails to return after being sent out for champagne. Bill abducts Craig in a van advertising 'Baylee the Clown,' marking the beginning of a terrifying ordeal.

Craig awakens tied to a school desk in Bill's basement, enveloped in fear and confusion. Bill adopts the persona of 'Baylee' while delighting in inflicting pain, making Craig's situation increasingly dire.

With sadistic joy, Bill plays different roles, including a police officer interrogating Craig for the Gemini killings. One horrific scene involves Bill forcing Craig to consume his own teeth, escalating the terror of his captivity.

Worried after hours with no sign of Craig, Kelly visits a liquor store, searching for answers. After receiving disappointing news from the police about a waiting period, she calls her best friend Bianca for support.

In a desperate attempt to escape, Craig engages Bill in role-playing scenarios. Craig reveals a personal trauma to relate to Bill, but this only incites further violence as Bill responds with brutal force, mangling Craig's fingers.

Taking advantage of a momentary distraction, Craig uses the nail file to attempt to free himself from his bindings. However, when Bill returns, the escape attempt leads to a tense struggle and Craig's immediate recapture.

Bill dons the persona of a Catholic priest named Father Fitzgerald, embodying authority and rage. When Craig unintentionally provokes him, Bill retaliates violently, further demonstrating his unstable psychological state.
