A reclusive filmmaker's new horror film spirals into dark comedy with the unexpected arrival of a conflicted hermaphrodite and a plus-sized woman concealing her identity. As the body count rises and chaos unfolds, the director, who is blind, pushes the film's creative boundaries in increasingly outrageous ways. The line between filmmaking and reality blurs in this bizarre and darkly humorous story.
