Patience has its limits. Axel works at a call‑center, fielding endless complaints and tolerating a demanding boss, yet he excels at calming irate customers. His routine shatters when he answers a call from Figueroa Mont, a frustrated client who wants to unsubscribe. Fed up with corporate bureaucracy, Figueroa warns that he is watching Axel through the scope of a high‑precision rifle and will blow his head off if the problem isn’t solved.
