Four years earlier, Kazuma Kannagi lost a duel to his cousin Ayano for the right to inherit Enraiha, the family sword. His defeat, coupled with his lack of talent for En‑Jutsu—the Kannagis’ signature fire art—led to his banishment. He returns as Kazuma Yagami, now a skilled master of Fū‑Jutsu, the wind discipline, seeking redemption.
