Marie was just two years old when her mother entrusted her to her sister, a traditional Moroccan practice due to infertility. Forty years later, she journeys from France to Israel to marry the man she loves, and her family eagerly prepares for the "Seven Blessings" celebration—a week of joyous meals honoring the bride. However, Marie’s visit also brings up unresolved issues from the past. As the festive meals unfold, long-held secrets and lies are revealed, forcing Marie to confront her family and seek an apology, while they expect gratitude. This week becomes a poignant blend of comedy and drama, exploring themes of family history, forgiveness, and loss.
