Federal drug agents Donna and Taryn, fresh from a Hawaii bust, are hired to fly an emergency vaccine from Molokai to Knox Island. Meanwhile, a Philippine official has urged Captain Andreas to use a satellite to locate a WWII‑era Japanese‑sunk treasure ship. A storm diverts their plane to a remote island that hides the gold, drawing a band of criminals after the loot.
