Kiba Okaminosuke becomes caught up with a convoy of condemned prisoners, one of whom bears an uncanny resemblance to his deceased father. Along the way he confronts corrupt gold miners, a striking yet dangerously insane woman, and a dojo master who is determined to kill Kiba to prove his school’s sword style superior.
