In a dust‑filled, post‑apocalyptic Japan, the only hope lies in a mysterious fungus. Wanted outlaw and expert archer Bisco Akaboshi hunts the legendary Sabikui mushroom, reputed to consume all rust. He is joined by a gigantic crab and a young doctor, forming an unlikely trio determined to locate the fabled fungus and restore the ravaged land.
