In a whimsical fairy‑tale comedy, hapless second‑rate wizard Rumburak becomes trapped in the human world, having lost the spell that can return him to his fairyland. His only delight is watching figure‑skater Helen practice on ice, hoping to woo her. He believes a computer at a research institute might recreate the missing spell.
