Jutka, a factory worker, falls for András, a university student, and pretends to be a student herself to gain his affection and his parents’ approval. The deception spirals, imprisoning her within social expectations, until she finally rejects András’s demands and the conventions that forced her lie, choosing to assert her own identity.
