Blaine Striker, a race‑car driver, worries about his younger brother, a medical student on St. Heron, after General Turner seizes power and plots to bomb the school and blame the rebels. Striker infiltrates the island, is captured, stripped and electro‑tortured, then escapes. He joins the resistance and stops a plan to install Russian missiles, foiling Turner’s scheme.
