Seventeen-year-old Florencia spends a summer caring for her brother, who is in a persistent vegetative state. To pass the time, she reads aloud from a comic book about plant souls that seemingly gain control of humans during full moons. The story raises a thought-provoking question: could plants possess souls, and might communication with them be possible?
