Okuyama works as a supermarket stocker and struggles with dating. His routine is shattered when his sister Noriko suddenly moves into his modest apartment, forcing them to share close quarters. He finds himself plagued by increasingly obsessive, lustful thoughts toward her, while she continues to see him only as a brother.
