Five years after his family disappeared from a cruise ship, a police psychologist is haunted by the possibility that his wife committed suicide, taking their son with her. A new case – the vanishing of a mother and child – draws him back onto the same luxury liner. When the young girl reappears, clutching a familiar teddy bear, Martin suspects something sinister is at play. The ship's wealthy owner prioritizes passenger comfort, concealing the traumatized girl in the quarantine bay. As Martin attempts to uncover the truth, he realizes a terrifying secret lies hidden beneath the ship's opulent facade, and a serial killer may be responsible.
