A frail man advertises a massive downtown loft, including utilities, meals and eventual ownership, on one condition: the couple who moves in must love each other so deeply that they can stay in the apartment together all day until his death. If either partner leaves, the agreement is void. The story follows pale, auburn‑haired cellist Katya, who encounters the handsome, muscular photographer Roman.
