When a voyeur is caught spying on a women’s self‑defense class, the instructor captures him and keeps him prisoner. At first he serves as a harmless practice dummy for the students’ techniques, but the drills soon turn brutal: he is subjected to chokeholds, mock attacks and humiliating taunts. Each lesson escalates the danger and degradation, leaving him at the mercy of the empowered women.
