In the morgue, a group of orderlies recognize the dead body of a once‑famous film director. As the corpse begins to relive his memories, the story reveals his rise in cinema, a string of affairs, and a series of personal and professional setbacks that hollowed him out. Despite his success, he remains deeply dissatisfied with his life.
