Oswald the Rabbit stages a concert, but the animals boo when they realize he’s miming to a Paul Whiteman record. Ashamed, he tries to hang himself from a tree, but Whiteman arrives in a car and rescues him. Using the car’s parts they improvise a musical number, featuring a hood‑ornament that does an Indian dance. The short promoted The King of Jazz.
