Hassouna, a customs officer, teams with businessman Shaheen, who trades assistance for clearance of illegal shipments. Shaheen records Hassouna’s affair with Hasina and blackmails him, forcing deeper complicity. After a wrongful customs error caused by his corruption leads to a death, Hassouna’s conscience awakens; he surrenders, exposes Shaheen and the corrupt network, seeking redemption, while his fallen colleague is honored.
