Bela Lugosi stars as the Vampire, who plots world domination with a powerful robot. The device is mistakenly shipped to the chaotic British comic heroine Mother Riley. When the Vampire uses radar to summon the robot, it brings Riley to his lair, and his schemes are foiled by her meddlesome, motherly interference.
