During the 1960s, Dr. Ford Strauss finds his professional ethics challenged when he’s recruited to lead a clandestine MK Ultra program at a mental hospital in rural Mississippi. The program involves disturbing experiments in human manipulation, pushing Strauss to question his own morality. As he investigates the unsettling nature of the research, the boundaries between scientific inquiry and unethical practices become increasingly blurred, threatening his sense of right and wrong.
