The plot follows a serial killer’s string of murders that forces two estranged brothers to confront a shared, haunting history, while a woman finds herself torn between loving both of them. The film features recognizable actors—one of whom died in 1997—and its seven‑year delay to release hints at a production that fell short of high quality.
