A deported gangster dies in Italy, leaving a million dollars he stole from the U.S. Treasury. Determined to recover the cash, the Treasury sends Agent Jason Phister to Italy. He must locate the hidden money while keeping his identity as a U.S. government agent secret, sparking a series of comedic mishaps and misunderstandings.
