Anarchists abound, many turning to robbery or smuggling, few consulting Che Guevara or shielding Black Panther leader Eldridge Cleaver. Only one did all that and also crippled the powerful bank by forging traveler’s cheques—all while never missing a day at his construction job. Lucio Urtubia, born in a small Navarre village, now 75, lives in Paris, stoking anarchist fire.
