Set in a dystopian Tokyo where humanity’s genetic code has collapsed, the secretive Fraud organization experiments on “headmeters”—people with potent psychokinetic powers. Escaped Kei and Ai are hunted by ruthless Mr. Lee, who believes Ai holds immense power, and by scheming Lai Lo Ching.
