Walter Finchell, the jungle’s gossiping bird, announces from the treetops that Mr. and Mrs. Panda have welcomed a baby boy named Andy. Birds and other forest creatures gather at the pandas’ den to celebrate the newborn. As Andy grows, Mr. Panda leads him on a jungle walk, introducing him to Mother Nature and pointing out its many dangers.
