When a small Marseille football club teeters on the brink of extinction, it signs up for an amateur competition held alongside the World Cup, known as “La Mondialette.” The tournament becomes their last chance to save the team, but the hot‑headed squad must weather a barrage of cheap tactics and setbacks as they fight to keep the club alive.
